Description:

This position involves working closely with Test Operations and Sales to ensure alignment of test
business strategy with test operations and test technology roadmaps.

The candidate should be able to:

a. Ensure that test investments are strategically aligned with each of the market segments targeted by the
company, (Rf, Wireless, Baseband, Analog, Consumer, High performance networking, PC, Embedded
Memory and Graphics).
b. Have a complete understanding of various test platforms and their applicable configurations to each of the
above market segments.
c. Bring experience in the subcons test environment or equivalent experience interfacing with test subcons .
d. Be successful growing test revenues & improving test and turnkey gross margins.
e. Understand test pricing, including test backend services.
f. Have knowledge of VLSI packaging and understand how handler strategy/roadmaps are aligned with
packaging and throughput.
g. Be able to negotiate test related contracts with sales and customers.
h. Look for unique ways to maximize test asset utilization and grow business profitability.



Years of Experience:


Twelve (12+) years in Semiconductor Test Engineering/Operations/Sales.

Required Education:


BS EE, MBA Preferred
