Immediate need for an hr generalist seeking a family oriented, stable and growing company. Monitor, create and maintain appropriate employee documentation as it pertains to the hiring and selection process, employee discipline, employee relations investigations, and employee terminations to maintain compliance with internal and external policies and regulations. Provide guidance and counseling to managers and employees on employee relations, employee discipline, and performance issues by providing coaching, interpreting company policies and procedures for resolution of personnel matters. Knowledge of Human Resource office practices and procedures. Skill in operating personal computer, various office equipment and machines, and telephone system. Ability to communicate with employees and other business contacts in a courteous and professional manner. Knowledge of FMLA, Workers Comp, ADA, and other employment law practices and policies.
