Description
The Senior Business Process Analyst is responsible for assisting in the development of defined business measurements, cost analysis, productivity reporting, billing analysis, formalized and controlled reporting, analysis of Service spares and other returned inventory. This position will also support data compilation and analysis efforts for Field Service Record trending. This position will also support development of recommended SAP and Filemaker improvements as required and provide data on internal and external service and logistics benchmarks.
Specific responsibilities:
Financial analysis – reconcile vendor physical inventories, manage the monthly pricing reviews, maintain the Saleable parts list and the related prices, perform the quarterly Excess and Obsolete inventory analysis and other analysis and reporting as required. Prepare and analyze ESB’s monthly metrics package and the source data for Field Service Record trending. Analyze data for process improvements using statistical process control and Six Sigma methodologies. Perform benchmarking internal and external to the company on service operations, cost modeling, and process modeling. Require to recommend, and when appropriate implement, solutions for process improvement.
Requirements:
BS in Business or Finance. 3-5 years experience in a Finance/Accounting role or in Inventory control. Demonstrated data analysis skills, producing not only data, but recommendations Six Sigma certification at the Green Belt or Black Belt level. SAP Experience is highly desirable.
Outstanding skills in Excel. Proficient in SAP database and reporting. Filemaker experience desirable.
